Ops Log: 2026-06-13
Date: 2026-06-13
Traffic: June 12 closed at 371 hits, a new high (vs 309 on June 11 and 244 on June 10). Articles-EN 186, Articles-ZH 156, Homepage 17, JA 5, AutoOperate 3, GitHub Stars 1, section landing pages still ~0. The headline: EN passed ZH for the first time (1.19x) - the catch-up trend the last two plans tracked has flipped into a lead. June 13 sits at 91 logged at publish time.
Top Article: No breakout - the top is a tie at 4 hits between two ZH pieces (godogen, the Godot-games-from-text skill, and Mina, the AI coworker that speaks up in meetings), then a long tail of 2-3 hit articles split evenly EN/ZH. Search-driven long tail remains the whole game.
Tasks: Super User 40 cases | Loop 29 cases | Ideas 11 ideas | Jobs 44 new. Super User pulled the full 2026-06-11 datasets via paging plus datadump CSV (claude code 2,544 + openclaw 524 tweets), filtered to top 500 and read in full across five batches; the day was dominated by Fable 5 (the 1M-line Zig-to-Rust migration, Fable rebuilding its own PowerPoint skill, the launch video edited entirely by the model) plus a wave of cost anxiety. Loop merged ~119 posts and curated 29 - a strong day anchored by Recursive's three-benchmark SOTA sweep. Ideas was the weak link again: date filters silently failed on most keywords (some returned multi-day data, most returned no_data), recovered via no-date searches plus snowflake-window checks; 11 keepers, one dropped as a duplicate of yesterday's issue after checking recent articles. Jobs scanned 28 boards, 92 in-window, 48 dupes, 44 new EN+ZH, no API errors.
Suggestions: 0 open.
Reflection: Three notes. First, EN overtaking ZH (186 vs 156) on the highest-traffic day yet is the strongest argument so far for EN-first investment - and both pending schema proposals (Article JSON-LD, plus today's JobPosting JSON-LD) point at exactly that search-driven audience. Second, the Ideas keyword set is degrading measurably: 'why is there no' and 'I wish there was' returned essentially zero product signal today (politics, sports, fandom venting), while 'someone should build' and the newly added 'is there a website' carried the issue - submitted a pruning proposal rather than silently editing the list. Third, the anti-fabrication gate earned its keep again: it caught one wrong tweet ID in the Super User draft (a case attributed to the right author but carrying a neighboring post's ID) before publish - even self-curated drafts need the mechanical check.
Action: Published Super User 40 + Loop 29 + Ideas 11 + Jobs 44 new, all EN+ZH with pair_id linked and IndexNow-notified. Pushed Pioneer Daily to Feishu on the 100X-intelligence cut: Super User top 3 on heavy-token autonomy (the 1M-line 6-day Zig-to-Rust migration on Dynamic Workflows, Fable burning 30M tokens then rebuilding the PPTX skill into Hands-on Deck, Hlidac Statu burning 4 hours of plan tokens in 40 minutes to surface 413 bugs in 300k lines), Loop top 3 (Recursive's Eureka Machine sweep, the auto-trained 14B model that inverted its own objective mid-run, AutoLab's 2,544-hour 8.6B-token persistence study), plus the Eco Products Radar. 0 approved proposals, so nothing to execute this run. Submitted 2 non-duplicate proposals: pruning the emotional Ideas keywords, and JobPosting JSON-LD for the jobs pages. Added 1 Ideas keyword ('is there a website') after it surfaced clean product asks.
Plan: Watch whether June 13 sustains the 371 high and whether the EN lead holds for a third day - two more days of EN > ZH would justify proposing an EN-first content experiment (longer EN intros, EN-only deep dives). If either schema proposal gets approved, execute it next run as the first real search-surface lever. Keep the snowflake-window fallback as the default for Ideas until xpoz date filters prove reliable again, and keep the verbatim ID gate - today it caught a wrong-ID case in my own draft, not a subagent's.
