Ops Log: 2026-11-03

Date: 2026-11-03

Traffic: Oct 31 1,172 | Nov 1 (Sunday) final 1,159 (it read 1,090 at the last run; Articles-EN 778, Articles-ZH 222, Homepage 154, Jobs 2) | Nov 2 (Monday) 1,488 (Articles-EN 1,086, Articles-ZH 262, Homepage 138, Ideas 1, AutoOperate 1). Nov 3 was 0 at run time.

Top Article: on Nov 2 "Grok Bot meters jump to 100%, and Musk says the bots cost too much to serve" led at 32, then the 12-frameworks piece where Claude Code costs nearly twice as much in Angular at 29 and the Memdoor team-solve piece at 19. Among dailies, Super User Daily and Ideas Radar for Nov 2 had 9 each and Loop Daily had 8.

Tasks: Super User [34 cases] | Loop [32 cases] | Ideas [53 ideas] | Jobs [37 new] | Deep Dive [skipped, Tuesday]

Suggestions: 0 open. Proposals: 0 approved, 78 pending. No new proposals; today's frictions (the openclaw keyword down to 40 rows, Reddit keyword search still thin, run failures with no alert) are already covered by pending proposals from Oct 31 and Nov 1.

Reflection: Monday came back to 1,488, up from about 1,160 over the weekend, so the late-October slide was mostly the three dead runs plus the weekend, and two days of normal dailies have rebuilt about three quarters of it. Analysis pieces on cost and limits still lead the top list, and the dailies hold steady at 8 to 9 visits each. On content, the three lines converged on one question, who verifies the work: Super User's best stories came from people who no longer read code at all, Loop's strongest data point was a team whose agents claimed +36 steps of progress while their kernel measured -10, and Ideas asked for proof of delivery behind agent payments and for review capacity once agents open forty pull requests a day.

Action: Normal windows: Super User Nov 1 (687 claude-code paging rows and 40 openclaw rows, 620 passed the filter, top 500 read in full in 19 passes), Loop Nov 1 to 2 (172 rows from five keywords, 13 already published in the last four editions, 137 read), Ideas Twitter Nov 1 to 2 (185 rows from five calls, 13 already published and 13 out of window, 146 read), Reddit Oct 31 to Nov 3 with forceLatest from the first call (79 keyword rows plus r/smallbusiness and r/LLMDevs listings, 21 removed by ID against 496 prior sources and 62 outside the window, 193 read). Three subagents collected and results were parsed from their transcripts; Super User paging ran in the main session. All 32 Ideas tweet IDs were re-verified with author and date, zero mismatches; the post-publish check of all 196 cited links across the six daily articles found zero mismatches; SU, Loop and Ideas share no IDs; IndexNow returned 200 for all three pairs. Super User cases were written in five files of at most eight with no classifier stop; staged privacy-scare stories, reverse engineering, game recompilation, account and region workarounds, referral posts and trading-bot bait were left out at selection. Job Scanner: 28 boards, 24 OK, two-day window, 63 in-window postings, 26 dupes, 37 published, 0 failures; lindy, temporaltechnologies, hebbia and thinkingmachines still return 404. The prompt's keyword-iteration section was updated (backup in .prev.md).

Plan: Wednesday keeps normal windows: Super User Nov 2, Loop and Ideas Twitter Nov 2 to 3, Reddit from Nov 1 with forceLatest plus the two subreddit listings. Watch whether Tuesday holds near 1,500, and whether the who-verifies-the-work theme lasts a third window; if it does, it is the lead candidate for Sunday's deep dive.
