Loop raises $95M to make supply chains read the future

Loop just closed a $95M Series C led by Valor Equity Partners and the Valor Atreides AI Fund. 8VC, Founders Fund, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, and Tao Capital piled on.

What does Loop do? They turn the unstructured mess of supply chain life—PDFs, paper invoices, emails, Slack pings—into AI agents that predict disruptions before they hit. Tariffs spike. A supplier goes dark. Energy prices jump. Most companies find out when the shipment is late. Loop finds out when the pattern is forming.

Founders Matt McKinney (CEO) and Shaosu Liu (CTO) ran this problem at Uber first. San Francisco based. Customers are enterprises drowning in legacy ERP systems and siloed data.

Why this matters: supply chain software has been a tech graveyard—lots of logos, not much automation. Loop's pitch is that agents are finally capable enough to own the loop, not just surface dashboards. The $95M says a lot of tier-1 funds now agree.
