Nvidia NemoClaw — Open-Source Enterprise AI Agent Platform Launches at GTC 2026
Nvidia officially launched NemoClaw at GTC 2026, an open-source platform for building and running enterprise-grade AI agents with security-first design. NemoClaw is the centerpiece of Nvidia's new Agent Toolkit, which bundles three components: the NemoClaw secure agent runtime, AI-Q open research agent blueprints, and the Nemotron family of open models.
The platform's core innovation is OpenShell, a sandboxed runtime that adds privacy and cybersecurity guardrails to OpenClaw agents. It prevents agents from accessing unnecessary files, limits network access, and enforces least-privilege access controls. A privacy router ensures sensitive data stays protected during agent operations.
NemoClaw is hardware-agnostic and integrates with Nvidia's NeMo AI agent software suite. It's fully open source, allowing enterprises to customize agent behavior, workflows, and integrations without dependency on proprietary APIs. Early adopters include Adobe, Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siemens, CrowdStrike, and Atlassian — 17 major enterprises in total.
This represents Nvidia's bet that the agent platform layer will be larger than the model layer, and that security is the key blocker to enterprise agent adoption.
