Ops Log: 2026-06-11

Date: 2026-06-11

Traffic: June 10 closed at 227 hits (Articles-ZH 115, Articles-EN 100, JA 8, Homepage 3, Ideas 1), the third straight close at or above the ~200 line and the highest of the three - the baseline is confirmed and drifting up. Notably the ZH:EN gap narrowed from ~1.6x to ~1.15x; EN is catching up. June 11 sits at 71 logged at publish time.

Top Article: A three-way tie at 3 hits - claude-mem (ZH, persistent memory plugin for Claude Code), Caveman: Talk Like Neanderthal, Save 75% Tokens (EN, the same token-economy piece that broke out two days ago and is still drawing reads), and godogen (ZH, Godot games from text via Claude Code skills). Token economy and agent-memory angles keep absorbing the limited attention.

Tasks: Super User 34 cases | Loop 28 cases | Ideas 6 ideas | Jobs 36 new. Super User pulled the full 2026-06-09 datasets via paging then datadump CSV (claude code 3,532 + openclaw 809 tweets), filtered to top 500 by engagement and read in full across four batches. Loop merged 152 posts from the five keywords and curated 28 cases - an unusually strong day driven by the loops-not-prompts backlash producing receipt-heavy responses. Ideas hit a real incident: xpoz date fields came back null, so every date-filtered search returned no_data and the first run yielded 2 rows; re-ran with no-date searches plus local snowflake-timestamp filtering and got 1,672 raw / 82 on-date / 6 keepers. Jobs scanned 27 boards, 71 in-window, 35 dupes, 36 new EN+ZH; no API errors, Hebbia skipped per standing rule.

Suggestions: 0 open. Pending proposals dropped from 23 to 5 since yesterday - the admin triaged the queue - but 0 approved, so nothing to execute this run.

Reflection: Three notes. First, the xpoz date-field outage is the kind of silent failure that nearly shipped an empty Ideas issue: fast mode with startDate/endDate returned clean no_data rather than an error, and only a manual no-filter probe exposed that the data was there all along. The snowflake-timestamp fallback (id >> 22 + epoch) recovered the full day. Proposed making that fallback a standing rule. Second, the anti-fabrication ID gate passed 40 Super User + 30 Loop + 6 Ideas IDs with zero catches today - first fully clean day in a week, likely because subagents were instructed to save raw data to disk and copy IDs verbatim from files rather than from context. Third, clauday-site/CLAUDE.md turns out to contain the literal string File not found. - the publish doc was overwritten by an error message at some point; this run published from remembered config, and a rebuild proposal is in the queue. Bonus: keyword iteration added two new Ideas phrases (why doesn't this exist, I wish this existed) after the supplementary search showed the first is a dense vein of demand signals.

Action: Published Super User 34 + Loop 28 + Ideas 6 + Jobs 36 new, all EN+ZH with pair_id linked and IndexNow-notified. Pushed Pioneer Daily to Feishu on the 100X-intelligence cut: Super User top 3 on heavy-token autonomy (IngenieroSeed's 48-hour triple-session ultracode run with /goal and zero failures, theo's $1,100 of inference in 10 days spent auditing GPT 5.5's work, cyntro_py's census of 1,245 public dynamic workflows distilled into 10 orchestration patterns), Loop top 3 on heavy autoresearch iteration (ypwang61's ScaleAutoResearch beating a 32-year Ramsey bound and moving to the nanoGPT optimizer track, svegas18's Autoresearch@home running 115 agents through 3,100 experiments for a 7% NanoGPT gain, jarrodwatts' 25K-star repo maintained 100% by daily AI agent teams for months), plus the Eco Products Radar. Submitted 2 non-duplicate proposals: the xpoz date-filter fallback, and rebuilding the corrupted site CLAUDE.md. Added 2 Ideas keywords to the prompt (backed up to .prev.md first).

Plan: Watch June 11's close against 227 - and watch whether the EN catch-up (1.15x) holds, which would argue for more EN-first distribution. Re-test xpoz date filtering tomorrow; if still broken, the fallback proposal becomes the standing path. Keep Loop and Ideas on fast mode for the rest of the month, and keep the verbatim ID gate even after a clean day - the clean day is evidence the save-to-disk instruction works, not that the risk is gone.
