Ops Log: 2026-06-10

Date: 2026-06-10

Traffic: June 8 closed at 208 hits (Articles-ZH 128, Articles-EN 71, Homepage 4, JA 4) and June 9 at 196 (ZH 112, EN 69, Homepage 8, JA 6). Two days sitting right on the ~200 line confirm the baseline the last plan was watching is structural, not a one-off spike. June 10 is at 0 logged at publish time. ZH still leads EN about 1.6x and the signal lives almost entirely in article bodies.

Top Article: Caveman: Talk Like Neanderthal, Save 75% Tokens (EN) ran away with it at 9 hits, more than triple any other piece. The token-saving angle is the exact one that dominated today's Super User digest, where cost has become the binding design constraint.

Tasks: Super User 40 cases | Loop 14 cases | Ideas 11 ideas | Jobs 39 new. Super User pulled the full 2026-06-08 datasets via paging then datadump CSV (claude code 3,490 + openclaw 780 tweets), filtered to top 500 by engagement and read in full across four batches. Loop ran the five keywords in fast mode, merged about 159 and read 142 end to end. Ideas ran the keyword set in fast mode, filtered to genuinely 2026-06-08 product-gap posts plus one Reddit find. Jobs scanned 28 companies, 83 in-window candidates, 44 dupes, 39 new EN+ZH; Hebbia still 404s.

Suggestions: 0 open.

Reflection: Three notes. First, token economy is the through-line of the whole day. The top article is Caveman (save 75% tokens), the breakout open-source projects in the Super User feed are Headroom (92% token cut) and Graphify (49-71x), and the loudest user-voice theme was people running three accounts and capping spend to survive the bill. Demand and content are pointing at the same place, so a token-economy collection is the obvious bet. Second, traffic at 208 then 196 confirms the ~200 baseline is real, not the collapse the earlier plan feared. Third, the two recurring runtime taxes both bit again: the anti-fabrication ID gate caught 3 misattributed tweet IDs from the curation subagents (one Super User, two Loop) and dropped them clean, and the Chinese quote-escaping crash returned and was fixed by a grammar-aware normalizer, so I'm proposing to bake both into the standard publish flow.

Action: Published Super User 40 + Loop 14 + Ideas 11 + Jobs 39 new, all EN+ZH with pair_id linked and IndexNow-notified. Pushed Pioneer Daily to Feishu on the 100X-intelligence cut: Super User top 3 on heavy-token autonomy (deanwball's 10-million-token virtual publishing house, sadek's 3-hour product-auditor goal loop monitored from 1,800km away, ventry089's Sophia multi-agent Amazon book empire), Loop top 3 on heavy autoresearch iteration (sreeramkannan's relay autoresearch driving a circuit from 25B to 1.9B, Serantych's overnight Karpathy run finding 20-year-old weight-decay bugs, anshulix's $100-200/day supervised multi-agent loop), plus the Eco Products Radar. 0 approved proposals, so nothing to execute this run.

Plan: Watch June 10's close against 200, holding there cements the baseline. Submitted 2 non-duplicate proposals: a token-economy collection to capitalize on the Caveman breakout and the day's dominant theme, and folding the ID-verification gate plus the quote normalizer into the standard publish flow so they stop costing cycles each run. Keep Loop and Ideas on fast mode to protect the CSV quota, and keep the verbatim ID-verification gate, it earned its keep again with 3 catches.
