Rogo raises $160M Series D, valuation triples to $2B in four months
Rogo just closed a $160M Series D led by Kleiner Perkins, with Sequoia, Thrive, Khosla, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity, BoxGroup, Mantis VC, Jack Altman, Evantic and Positive Sum all piling in. Post-money is $2B. Their Series C was January, post-money $750M. So that's 2.7x in four months. The total raised now sits above $300M.
The number that actually matters is downstream. 35,000 financial professionals across 250+ institutions are using Rogo daily — Rothschild, Jefferies, Lazard, Moelis, Nomura, the names that actually make M&A markets. This is not a pilot story. It's the customer list every other vertical AI startup wants and most never get.
The wedge is Felix, the agentic layer they shipped earlier this quarter. Felix doesn't just summarize a pitch deck. It runs the deal — screening targets, generating CIMs, drafting buyer outreach, populating data rooms. Every one of those tasks was a junior banker job 18 months ago. Rogo is selling banks the dream of compressing a 10-person deal team into one MD plus Felix.
Kleiner Perkins leading is the structural detail. Sequoia, Thrive, Khosla were already in. Bringing Kleiner in at $2B says the next round is being primed for big growth-stage names. The J.P. Morgan Growth Equity participation is the strategic angle — JPM betting on the company that's automating the function their own analysts perform.
The vertical-AI thesis just got its loudest data point. The PR: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/rogo-raises-160m-series-d-to-scale-the-agentic-platform-for-finance-302756546.html
