Nyne Raises $5.3M to Give AI Agents Human Context Across Digital Footprints

Nyne, a startup founded by father-son duo Michael and Emad Fanous, has raised a $5.3M seed round to build an intelligence layer that helps AI agents understand humans across their entire digital footprint. The round was led by Wischoff Ventures and South Park Commons.

The company argues that AI agents are missing a critical piece: full context about the people they serve. Nyne deploys millions of agents across the internet to analyze public digital footprints, then applies machine learning to triangulate information across social networks like Instagram, Facebook, X, SoundCloud, and Strava.

By resolving fragmented digital identities into unified profiles, Nyne enables AI agents to make better decisions about the humans they interact with. The platform connects a person's LinkedIn profile, Instagram activity, and public records into a coherent identity.

The funding announcement, reported by TechCrunch on March 13, 2026, comes as the AI agent ecosystem increasingly needs richer human context to move beyond simple task automation.
