Kore.ai Launches Agent Management Platform for Enterprise AI Governance

Kore.ai has launched its Agent Management Platform (AMP), a unified command center for governing, monitoring, and managing AI agents across enterprise environments. The platform addresses the growing problem of 'AI sprawl' as organizations deploy dozens of AI initiatives across different teams and clouds without centralized visibility.

AMP provides a single operational layer to manage AI systems built across multiple frameworks including LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Google ADK, AWS AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry, Salesforce Agentforce, and proprietary systems. Key features include an evaluation studio for testing agent behavior before deployment, a governance layer for policy and access controls, consolidated observability for performance and cost tracking, and outcome measurement tools that map agent activity to business metrics.

Gartner predicts enterprises will operate thousands of AI agents across business functions by 2028, making centralized management critical. Unlike governance tools from major cloud providers that are typically limited to their own ecosystems, Kore.ai's platform-agnostic architecture can connect and govern agents across any framework.
