Eragon Raises $12M Seed to Replace Enterprise Software with Agentic AI Prompts

Eragon, an agentic AI startup building an operating system for enterprise, has raised $12 million in seed funding at a $100 million post-money valuation. The round was led by Long Journey Ventures, Soma Capital, and Axiom Partners, with participation from strategic angels including Mike Knoop and Elias Torres.

Founded by Josh Sirota, who previously worked on go-to-market teams at Oracle and Salesforce, Eragon aims to replace traditional enterprise software interfaces — Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, Jira — with a unified LLM-powered prompt interface. The platform connects to existing enterprise tools and is custom-trained on each client's data for security and contextual accuracy.

Eragon is already in use across several large enterprises and dozens of startups. The approach treats the entire SaaS stack as agent-operable infrastructure, allowing AI agents to navigate and execute across multiple business systems through natural language.

As enterprise software shifts from human-operated to agent-operated, Eragon represents a bet that the interface layer itself becomes an LLM — not just an assistant bolted onto existing UIs.
