Sprouts.ai Raises $9M to Sell Revenue Agents That Work the Pipeline
Sprouts.ai closed a $9M Pre-Series A on May 15. True Global Ventures and Accel co-led, with prior backers Inflection Point Ventures, Smile Group, AngelList, and Verlinvest following on. Total funding now $14M. The Palo Alto company, founded 2023 by Karan Chaudhry, Kapil Chaudhry, and Avinash Nagla, sells autonomous Revenue Agents that handle ICP identification, account enrichment, and outreach for B2B sales teams.
The pitch is the GTM data layer. Sprouts owns proprietary go-to-market data and lets the agents call on it directly instead of stitching together LinkedIn scrapes, ZoomInfo exports, and Apollo lists. Customers already include Hewlett Packard, Razorpay, HighRadius, and Udemy. TGV's Anthony Robles framed it as replacing the fragmented stack of legacy SDR tools and dirty contact databases with a unified intelligence layer the agents act on.
Why this matters: the vertical-autonomous-agent cluster keeps adding entries. Yesterday Synthetic raised $10M Seed for autonomous bookkeeping. Today Sprouts raised for autonomous revenue agents. Decagon and Sierra have already locked customer service. Each vertical that goes from human-tool to agent-as-the-worker takes a $50B-plus market with it. B2B sales is the next clear one to convert.
