Shopify merchants need a way for customers to build their own bundles by choosing any 2 or 3 items from the store, rather than being limited to pre-configured fixed bundles. The native Shopify Bundles app only supports set bundles where the merchant picks the items in advance. For stores with diverse product catalogs, this forces awkward workarounds or leaves revenue on the table. A custom bundle builder that integrates cleanly with Shopify's native checkout flow and handles inventory tracking across bundle components would fill a clear gap. The closest existing solutions require manual configuration per bundle combination, which does not scale for stores with hundreds of SKUs.
