Charm Security: Agentic AI Workforce That Fights Fraud Using Human Psychology

Charm Security deploys an agentic AI workforce purpose-built to prevent and resolve scams, social engineering, and human-centric fraud. The platform combines deep fraud expertise with behavioral psychology to guide real-time prevention, intervention, and resolution across enterprise environments.

At the core of Charm's technology is HVE (Human Vulnerabilities and Exploit Techniques), a patented AI framework and the first trained specifically on human vulnerabilities rather than machine vulnerabilities. This approach enables the platform to understand how social engineering attacks manipulate human behavior and intervene before damage occurs.

The company recently announced a strategic partnership with Reality Defender to integrate deepfake detection across voice, image, and text into Charm's Agentic Workforce, giving financial institutions and enterprises direct defense against synthetic media fraud.

Founded in January 2025 with offices in Tel Aviv and New York, Charm Security raised an $8M seed round led by Team8. The company is one of 10 finalists at the RSAC 2026 Innovation Sandbox competition, pitching today (March 23) at Moscone Center. Each finalist receives a $5M SAFE investment from Crosspoint Capital.

Charm Security represents a new category in the agentic ecosystem: AI agents deployed not as tools for humans, but as autonomous defenders against attacks that exploit human psychology.
