Two clear gaps emerged today. First, the AI tooling ecosystem is building for builders but ignoring consumers. Second, reliability and auditability for AI agents barely exist as a product category. The market is full of agents that do things but almost empty of tools that prove agents did the right things.

Nobody is building AI consumer products. Everyone is vibe coding tools for people who are already building themselves. The entire AI product ecosystem has become a recursive loop of developers making tools for other developers. The consumer layer, where normal people would actually use AI to solve daily problems, is wide open. The opportunity is not another coding assistant. It is an AI product for someone who does not write code.

Everyone is racing to build smarter agents. Almost no one is building provably reliable ones. The new moat in agentic AI is not reasoning depth but execution receipts: terminal logs, verifiable outputs, auditable MCP traces. Capability claims are noise, proof of work is signal. Right now there is no standard product for agent audit trails. Whoever builds it owns the compliance layer for the entire agentic economy.

AI agents will fail at transactions unless trust, memory, and enforcement layers exist. No one is building that properly yet. Current agent frameworks handle the doing part well enough but have no concept of trust verification, memory persistence across sessions, or enforcement when things go wrong. This is the infrastructure gap between demo agents and agents that handle real money.

Most RWA tokenization projects only build half the product. Institutions do not want yield from a tokenized asset. They want to borrow against it. The collateral layer is the most underappreciated revenue engine in the space. The global repo market handles tens of trillions annually. That same model on-chain turns a one-time tokenization event into a perpetual fee engine. Nobody is building the lending layer on top of tokenized assets.

A designer is looking for an app to generate editable mock-ups directly from a photo. Not a static screenshot converter but something that takes a real-world image and produces design components you can actually modify. The intersection of image recognition and design tool output is a specific, underserved niche. Existing tools either do OCR or design generation separately but not this particular workflow.

Someone spent a week manually logging their activities every few hours and discovered they spend 3x more time on mindless stuff than they thought. Now they want a simple app for honest after-the-fact time tracking. Not planning, not scheduling, just recording what actually happened. Every existing time tracker is either too complex or requires too much setup. The ask is dead simple: a friction-free reality logger.

Is there an app to monitor who follows and unfollows you? The existing solutions are either broken, expensive, or riddled with ads. A clean, simple follower change tracker remains an underserved market despite being one of the most requested social media features. The demand is persistent and the execution bar is low.

Someone asked for a social platform like Twitter but with normal rational people who talk without an agenda. No extreme sides, no proving takes correct, just conversations about shared interests. Every attempt at this has failed because moderation at scale is hard, but the desire for a non-toxic discussion space has not gone away. An AI-moderated community with strong norms could be the unlock.

Request for an app or website that sends alerts about brand promotions and clinic discount prices. Deal aggregation exists for e-commerce but the healthcare and beauty service vertical is surprisingly bare. A niche deal alert system for professional services like dental, dermatology, and wellness treatments could build real utility.
