Dune is a three-key remote control for your AI agents
Project Mirage just launched Dune on Product Hunt, currently sitting at #1 with 440 upvotes. It is a three-key Mac keypad. The trick is the keys remap themselves based on which app is in focus, and they can trigger AI agent workflows directly.
The team comes out of consumer hardware, eight years building things you can hold. Founders Rohan Chaubey and Apoorv Shankar pitch Dune as a desk-side remote for the agentic stack. Pre-loaded integrations include Claude, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, GitHub, VS Code. You can also bind custom scripts and your own agent endpoints.
The interesting framing is that they are not trying to be a keyboard shortcut tool. They are trying to be the physical surface for triggering agents. Software shortcuts are crowded, hardware for agents is empty. Stream Deck taught everyone there is a market for a small contextual remote.
